Kigali is the capital and the country's single main urban market. Three revenue lines, one platform

Every product shares one user account, one driver pool and one wallet in Kigali. An operator does not have to launch three businesses to earn from three demand streams.

The Kigali franchise and investment model

Tsemba charges a 10% platform fee on gross transaction value. That fee is split so the local operator keeps the larger share of the margin, and drivers and couriers pay 0% commission on ride value — the retention argument that wins partners away from commission-heavy competitors.

Territories are granted at three levels: country-wide rights for Rwanda, provincial or state rights, and city rights limited to Kigali and its metropolitan area. Investors may also participate financially without operating, through the territory-holding structure.
