Invest in ride-hailing, food and parcel delivery in Dodoma
Tsemba licences its ride-hailing, food ordering and parcel delivery platform to local operators. In Dodoma — the official capital and seat of government — an operator runs the market on the ground while Tsemba supplies the technology, the brand and the payment rails.

Why Dodoma, Tanzania
Dodoma is the official capital and seat of government. Daily trips, restaurant orders and parcel runs already happen there — mostly informally, through phone calls, personal contacts and cash. A licensed Tsemba territory turns that existing demand into tracked, cashless, insurable transactions under one account.
Operations run in Swahili and English, with pricing and settlement in Tanzanian shilling (TZS). Tsemba's platform is multilingual (Portuguese, English, French and Spanish) and multi-currency, so a Tanzanian operator launches with local language, local wallet options and local fare structures rather than a translated foreign product.

Three revenue lines, one platform
Every product shares one user account, one driver pool and one wallet in Dodoma. An operator does not have to launch three businesses to earn from three demand streams.
- Tsemba Ride — rides across motorbike, three-wheeler, economy car, comfort, pickup, truck and breakdown classes.
- Tsemba Food — restaurant menus, order management and courier dispatch for partner kitchens.
- Tsemba Delivery — parcels and documents with PIN-verified handover and live tracking.
- Tsemba Wallet — top-ups, transfers and settlement history for passengers, drivers and merchants.
The Dodoma franchise and investment model
Tsemba charges a 10% platform fee on gross transaction value. That fee is split so the local operator keeps the larger share of the margin, and drivers and couriers pay 0% commission on ride value — the retention argument that wins partners away from commission-heavy competitors.
Territories are granted at three levels: country-wide rights for Tanzania, provincial or state rights, and city rights limited to Dodoma and its metropolitan area. Investors may also participate financially without operating, through the territory-holding structure.
