Tsemba Partnerships & Franchise
Bring Tsemba to your country, province or city.
Tsemba is an African mobility, food and delivery platform. Instead of growing alone, we grow with local entrepreneurs and operators who know the streets, the consumer habits and the rules of each market.
There are two routes: become a commercial partner of Tsemba, or take on the brand and the operation as a franchise in an exclusive territory. In both cases the technology, brand and support are ours; local execution is yours.
One platform. Many countries. Local operators in every territory.

Ways to work with us
Choose how you enter the Tsemba ecosystem.
Each model carries a different level of responsibility, exclusivity and return. We define the framework together, based on the market in question.
Territory franchise
Country, province or city
Run the Tsemba brand in an exclusive territory: recruit drivers, couriers and restaurants, manage local support and grow the market.
- Contracted exclusivity per territory
- Brand, apps and technology provided by Tsemba
- Revenue share on the volume generated in the territory
Operations partnership
Fleets, transport companies and logistics operators
Connect your fleet or courier network to Tsemba demand, with no platform to build and no technology investment.
- Fleet integration into Ride and Delivery
- Order flow and performance reporting
- No technology development costs
Commercial and institutional partnership
Banks, telecoms, insurers, retail and fuel
Build a value partnership with Tsemba: payments, insurance, joint campaigns, driver benefits or corporate programmes.
- Payment and financial service integration
- Joint campaigns and in-app visibility
- Dedicated programmes for companies and institutions
Business advantages
A platform business, without building the platform.
Partners step into a model that is already designed, tested and documented, and focus on what generates revenue: operations and local relationships.
Technology ready
Customer, driver, courier and restaurant apps, management dashboards, payments and technical support already running.
Three revenue lines, one operation
Rides, food and parcels share the same network, app and local team — more volume from every partner you recruit.
Exclusive territory
The franchise is granted per country, province or city, with agreed targets and no internal competition from the brand itself.
Negotiable commissions
Percentages are discussed case by case, according to purchasing power, costs and digital maturity of each market.
0% commission to driver partners
The Tsemba model keeps driver and courier earnings intact, which makes recruiting and retaining the local network far easier.
Training and follow-up
Operations manual, team training, launch support and continuous performance follow-up.
Brand and marketing
Visual identity, campaign materials, digital presence and support for the territory launch communication.
Compliance and clear rules
Contracts, safety policies, civil liability and documentation requirements defined before you start.
Commissions and terms
Negotiable percentages, matched to each country's reality.
We do not apply the same rate card everywhere. A territory dominated by informal transport, volatile exchange rates or low digital payment penetration cannot carry the same terms as a capital city where cards and mobile wallets are the norm.
That is why the revenue structure is negotiated: percentage per service, entry fee, growth targets, duration and scope of exclusivity.
- Revenue share percentage per service (Ride, Food, Delivery)
- Territorial scope: country, province or city
- Volume and recruitment targets agreed per phase
- Initial investment adjusted to market size
- Duration, renewal and exclusivity conditions
- Operational responsibilities of each party in writing

6. Guided growth
Regular performance reviews, commercial support and continuous platform evolution.

Frequently asked questions about partnerships and franchising
- Can I take Tsemba for my whole country?
- Yes. A franchise can be granted nationally, provincially or for a single city, depending on your execution capacity and the agreed plan.
- What are the commission percentages?
- They are negotiable and defined per market. We review purchasing power, operating costs, competition and digital payment maturity before presenting figures.
- Do I need to build apps or technology?
- No. Technology, apps and management dashboards are provided by Tsemba. The partner focuses on operations, recruitment and local support.
- Does Tsemba already operate outside Mozambique?
- Tsemba is headquartered in South Africa with operations in Mozambique, and is opening territories to partners in other African countries.
- How long does it take to open a territory?
- It depends on the country and required documentation. Once the contract is signed and the team is in place, launching a city is typically a matter of weeks.

- Ongoing training, marketing materials, platform technical support and regular reviews of commercial and operational indicators.
